 To be achieved:

Screen Shot 2014-10-02 at 20.46.28Mini Golf Tanzania Fund is a non-profit organization that was established in Utrecht, The Netherlands to create jobs in Tanzania. For that purpose we will build a Mini Golf Course in Dar es Salaam, the commercial capital of Tanzania. The Mini Golf Course will exist of 18 holes. The main goal is to create jobs for the unemployed.

 Targeted Market and Customers:

Our visitors will be the inhabitants of Dar es Salaam. Dar es Salaam has 4.5 million inhabitants, so it is a huge market. There is no Mini Golf Course at present. Our visitors will mainly be from the Middle Class, which is growing rapidly in Tanzania, especially in the big cities.

Growth Trends In This Business:

Since our business is completely new in Dar es Salaam we trust that that business will grow very fast. This is not only because of the large ‘pond’ we are fishing in, but also since there is no competition at all at present. Special after being in business a couple of months we expect a very fast increase in visitors. Special in the late afternoons, evenings and week ends. In the first month of operation there will be an average of 20 paying visitors per day, in the 2nd month 35 visitors per day, in the 3rd month 45 visitors per day and in the 4th up to the 12th month we calculate with an average of 55 visitors per day. These estimates are at the low end.

An open-air restaurant is part of the setup too:

This will give us extra income to build more Mini Golf Courses, to be able to create even more jobs for the unemployed.

Pricing Power:

Since there is no competitor at all at present we will maintain our profitable entrance pricing being USD 5 (at todays rate of exchange an amount of TZS 10,000) per person.
